Mr. O’Brien’s background includes success in achieving revenue, profit and market share growth objectives within start-up, turnaround and Fortune 500 companies in rapid change environments. He has held General Management Positions at Bausch & Lomb, 3M/Cuno, Linkon, and FW Telematics. Mr. O’Brien has years of experience launching highly technical and engineered systems which require deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple markets and industries. His skill-set has enabled him to be highly successful in building relationships with senior-level decision makers, seizing control of critical problem areas and delivering on customer commitments. Mr. O’Brien has established US operations for European manufacturers and is experience in working in international and multi-cultural environments. Mr. O’Brien holds BS and MBA Degrees from the University of Rhode Island with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
Lee Hill, Partner, has held senior executive posts with multi-national corporations and entrepreneurial environments. Hill is a former Worldwide Vice President of Marketing & Sales for the Consumer Products Division of Bausch & Lomb. He developed a strategy for Ray Ban Sunglasses which took the Brand from a single distribution channel, Optical, into a multi-channel approach including sporting goods, department store, catalogue, drug store, mass market and military sales resulting in a tripling of sales in a three period. He is a former US general manager for the German firm E. Leitz, GmbH, makers of Leica Camera. As CEO of Linkon, Inc., a Sun Microsystems partner, Hill was instrumental in developing financing for a public start-up in the high-tech internet telephone industry. Hill has also worked as a Financial Advisor for UBS and Merrill Lynch. Hill founded a non-profit targeting job creation in the food industry, Cape Cod Culinary Incubator. He holds a BA in Finance from the University of Illinois; a master’s in Chemistry from Cornell University and attended the DePaul University College of Law.
